Complaints and Appeals
As a Halaal certification company, we strive to maintain a synergistic relationship with our
clients. As a result, NIHT strives to provide you with the best service possible and strives to improve its services as much as possible. It is the policy of NIHT to acknowledge in writing all complaints and appeals received from clients. It is intended that all complaints and appeals obtained by NIHT will be investigated, evaluated, and documented. A record of all complaints and appeals will be maintained, along with the actions taken. The outcome of the complaint and appeal process will be communicated to the complainant.
