A malicious Blackberry message is being circulated which claims that Orion Cold Storage is a supplier to Nando’s.
This message, which emanates from an anonymous source, is a hoax and is completely untrue. Neither the NIHT, nor Nando’s have ever dealt with Orion.
We furthermore assure the Muslim public, that all chickens supplied to our Halaal certified stores emanate from local Halaal certified suppliers. Absolutely no imported chickens or chicken products are bought or sold by Nando’s South Africa.
